SUMMARY OF THE MOVIE-

  •  On Feb. 18, 1952, a massive storm splits the SS Pendleton in two trapping more than 30 sailors inside the tanker's sinking stern.
  •   Although the odds were largely against them and the rescue encountering brutal waves complex, Bernie and his crew crossed through the ocean and reached the Pendletons. What the movie emphasizes is bravery, heroism and a strong-knit bond, with some of the characters showcasing the difficult times in remarkable visuals and terrific acting. A story of survival and self-sacrificing heroism in a world with no hope is, in fact, what it demonstrates.

  MY LEARNING FROM THE MOVIE-

       
  • One of the most important thing I acknowledged from this movie is how to handle social responsibility and grace under pressure.
  • Teamwork and Leadership: Bernie Webber's leadership and the teamwork of the Coast Guard crew demonstrate the power of collaboration and unity in achieving seemingly impossible goals  
  • Never Giving Up:- Has the power to make someone realize that if you have to go out and its raining we can either use raincoat or umbrella this shows that we have alternate option always ready but  we just need to  be determined to do things   

PART OF THE MOVIE THAT IMPRESED ME-

    
  • The part of the movie that impressed me the most was the last scene seeing each of the crew member safe to shore station by the coast guard of US. 
  • The US rescue board was having the capacity of almost half of the crew member stuck onboard the ship.
  • But in that case the rescue leader have attendant around all  crew members successfully rescued from the half broken vessel.
  • This is how this shows the leadership qualities and other quality is to which can develop in myself and also inspired me.

      The Finest Hours Summary: "The Finest Hours" is a perfect example of the incredible, brave, and unselfish acts belonging to the brave guardians of the sea, the US Coast Guard that enabled the rescue on the 6th of February, 1952.  The event which sets things in motion takes place when an oil tanker, the SS Pendleton, is split in two by an intense nor'easter off the coast of Cape Cod; Bernie Webber and his crew set off on an unpredictable adventure to save the sailors who are stranded on a wrecked vessel.  Going on with the blocked positions and unlimited oppositions, this about not giving up and having a heroic spirit, in spite of mismatches and injustice. My Learnings After "The Finest Hours" was over, I realized what awe requires the humanity to expose this way in dire straits to the people around. (Engineer Ray Sybert) bravely takes charge to organize a strategy for his fellow survivors. As word of the disaster reaches the Coast Guard in Chatham, Mass. Chief Warrant Officer Daniel Cluff orders a daring rescue mission. Despite the ferocious weather, (coxswain Bernie Webber) takes three men on a lifeboat to try and save the crew against seemingly impossible odds.
