SUMMARY OF MOVIE -

  • The Finest Hours” is a thrilling and fascinated movie in its telling of the true story of a rescue mission at sea in 1952. 
  • The special effects, which focus on the broken oil tanker at sea and the rescue boat that is sent out to their aid in a raining storm, are executed with movie-making skill.
  • The tanker has been cut in half and can only stay afloat for a short time. In the film, Bernie Webber (role play) departs in the rescue boat after being newly engaged to Miriam (Holliday Grainger). 
  • The human stories are what capture the audiences imagination in addition to the amazing special effects of the small rescue boat trying to overcome the rising waves of the seas.

MY LEARNING FROM THE MOVIE-

  • "The Finest Hours" is a movie based on the true story of the U.S. Coast Guard's daring rescue mission off the coast of Cape Cod after two oil tankers are destroyed during a blizzard in 1952. 
  • The film highlights the bravery and selflessness of the Coast Guard crew who risked their lives to save others. 
  • It also emphasizes the importance of teamwork, leadership, and determination in the face of extreme adversity and situation.
  • The movie can be seen as a tribute to the resilience and courage of those involved in the real-life events.
  • This inspire for my Marchant navy career to know more about understanding the situation.

PART OF THE MOVIE THAT IMPRESED ME-

  • The best part of the movie that impressed me was the last rescue mission which was carried out by the coast guard of US. 
  • The US rescue board was having the capacity of 15 to 20 crew members at a time.
  • But in that case the rescue leader have attendant 36 crew members successfully rescued from the half broken vessel.
  • This is how this shows the leadership qualities and other quality is to which can develop in myself and also inspired me.
PERSPECTIVE -
  • As per my perspective the movie I watch  is the best per my career background . 
  • I have experienced  the qualities while dealing such situation  and understand the what can be the consequence.
  • While watching movie it feels that i am there in movie and experiencing the same situation.
  • I have learnt and I have start developed myself after watching this movie and also think about my perspective what is the position should I mentioned in my career in this merchant Navy.
  • I think always having a perspective for every kind of things or object or as well as movie is always increase and inspire the dependency of human to be an independent.

  The Finest Hours Summary: "The Finest Hours" is a perfect example of the incredible, brave, and unselfish acts belonging to the brave guardians of the sea, the US Coast Guard that enabled the rescue on the 6th of February, 1952.  The event which sets things in motion takes place when an oil tanker, the SS Pendleton, is split in two by an intense nor'easter off the coast of Cape Cod; Bernie Webber and his crew set off on an unpredictable adventure to save the sailors who are stranded on a wrecked vessel.  Going on with the blocked positions and unlimited oppositions, this about not giving up and having a heroic spirit, in spite of mismatches and injustice.
