In today's digital age, YouTube has become a treasure trove of resources for maritime education, offering channels tailored to the specific needs and interests of seafarers. Here, we present seven YouTube channels that stand out as essential learning tools for mariners of all levels.

    Marine Insight is a widely recognized platform providing valuable information, news, and insights into the maritime industry. Through this channel we get the different books to study, we get different information of the latest incident that is happening in the maritime industry. This channel also post the information of the equipment present onboard daily.

2. MERCHANT NAVY DECODED:

    It is a Youtube channel which provides information about how to join merchant navy. The owner of the channel also run the courses for the Diploma in Nautical Science (DNS). He also share the experience video of the captain on his channel. He is chief engineer. he also the experience of the cadet who has clear his interview recently.

3. CAPTAIN JOHN SKIPPER TIPS:

    "Steering Mariners " is potentially refer to a youtube channel or online platform dedicated to providing guidance ,information ,and resources for mariners. He share the video related to the topic of subject which is explain in deeply. He also the information related to the engine present on board and he explain in very simplest way. This platform shares the information related to the navigation , lifeboat , and the other topic that are involved in the maritime industry.

5. KARANVIR SINGH NAYYAR (KSN): 

        Karanvir Singh Nayyar is a Second Officer at Maersk. He is known for his vlogs and Youtube shorts from his crazy life at sea. In his videos he shares his experiences out at sea. He shows the reality of merchant navy in his videos. He shows the hard work of a sailor. He also tell the information bridge equipment and the more to tell about him that he stick to deck cadet most onboard. His channel is the most popular for Generation Z.

6. ORANGE SHOTS:

        This channel is about his experience on ships . He also shares the vlog when he is onboard. He make the informative videos of merchant navy. He also share all the latest news of shipping industry.
